Over the course of 17 years in investment banking, Mr. DeDeyn has worked with public and private companies across the full spectrum of healthcare and has executed more than 50 M&A and financing transactions. In the last 10 years, he has focused exclusively on the healthcare services sector, working with clients in areas such as physician practice management, temporary and long-term staffing, revenue cycle management, and information technology.
Mr. DeDeyn began his banking career in the healthcare group of UBS Investment Bank in New York. Subsequently he was a Vice President in Piper Jaffray’s healthcare banking group and a founding member of the firm’s New York office in 2004. Prior to launching CCA in January 2019, he was a Managing Director with Bowstring Advisors in their Atlanta headquarters where he led the firm’s coverage of middle-market healthcare services businesses.
Mr. DeDeyn graduated from Vanderbilt University with degrees in economics and psychology. He received his JD from the University of Georgia School of Law and his MBA from Columbia Business School.
Dr. Roshan Parikh, DDS
Dr. Ro is a proud graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) – College of Dentistry. He also earned his MBA from Loyola University with a dual emphasis in finance and marketing. In 2008, he utilized all three disciplines by purchasing his first dental practice in Chicago. Inauspiciously launching into the headwinds of the Great Recession, he went on to lead the exponential growth of the practice from 3 employees to a network of 25+ multi-specialty groups with almost 100 dentists and dental specialists.
In 2019, Dr. Ro founded the consulting firm DSO Strategy to help entrepreneurial dentists develop sustainable growth plans and attract institutional capital. He also served as an advisor to multiple private equity funds and banks.
Most recently, Dr. Ro served as Head of Dentistry for Walmart Health's revolutionary multi-modality healthcare center operations and was highly instrumental in the early stage strategy and expansion of the business, now in 4 states. Following this success, he joined CCA, returning to his passion for delivering strategic and transactional advice to physicians.
A Chicagoan at heart, Dr. Ro resides with his family in Atlanta, GA.
Ms. Brown has 5 years of investment banking experience focused on the execution of M&A transactions involving middle market business and healthcare services companies.
Prior to joining CCA in 2020, she was an associate and analyst with Bowstring Advisors in their Atlanta headquarters from 2016-2020.
Ms. Brown graduated summa cum laude from The University of Georgia Terry College of Business with a degree in finance.
Ms. Brown is an Appalachian National Scenic Trail thru-hiker, having recently completed a solo journey of 2,200 consecutive northbound miles from Georgia to Maine.
Charles "Charlie" Day
Mr. Day is the former Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and majority owner of Aspirion Health Resources, LLC (“Aspirion”), a complex claims management company serving healthcare providers nationwide.
As a practicing attorney, Mr. Day represented healthcare providers on matters involving managed care contracts, commercial disputes, and insurance claims. Recognizing the revenue cycle challenges faced by health systems when collecting from non-traditional payors, he founded Aspirion in 2012. Over the ensuing six years, Mr. Day grew the business through the addition of approximately 100 hospital and 1,000 physician clients together with 200 employees. He sold his interest in Aspirion when it was acquired by Aquiline Capital Partners in 2018 and subsequently co-founded CCA with Mr. DeDeyn in January 2019.
Mr. Day graduated from Columbus State University with a degree in accounting. He earned his JD and MBA from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and Brock School of Business. A native of Columbus, GA, Mr. Day currently lives in Sarasota, FL with his wife and two children.
