Over the course of 17 years in investment banking, Mr. DeDeyn has worked with public and private companies across the full spectrum of healthcare and has executed more than 50 M&A and financing transactions. In the last 10 years, he has focused exclusively on the healthcare services sector, working with clients in areas such as physician practice management, temporary and long-term staffing, revenue cycle management, and information technology.
Mr. DeDeyn began his banking career in the healthcare group of UBS Investment Bank in New York. Subsequently he was a Vice President in Piper Jaffray’s healthcare banking group and a founding member of the firm’s New York office in 2004. Prior to launching CCA in January 2019, he was a Managing Director with Bowstring Advisors in their Atlanta headquarters where he led the firm’s coverage of middle-market healthcare services businesses.
Mr. DeDeyn graduated from Vanderbilt University with degrees in economics and psychology. He received his JD from the University of Georgia School of Law and his MBA from Columbia Business School.
Mr. Moore has spent over 10 years in various private equity investment and M&A advisory roles. Most recently, he was the VP of M&A and Business Development for Endodontic Practice Partners, a specialty dentistry-focused services organization with ~100 doctors and over 60 locations nationwide. Prior to EPP, Mr. Moore was the first Director of M&A and Development for EyeSouth Partners, an ophthalmology-focused MSO with ~300 doctors and over 150 locations across the country.
During his time with both EPP and EyeSouth, Mr. Moore completed over 50 new practice acquisitions totaling over a quarter-billion dollars in enterprise value. He was responsible for managing end-to-end deal execution from sourcing, LOI negotiation, due diligence, definitive legal documentation, and early-stage integration.
Mr. Moore previously served as an Associate at Formation Capital and started his career in investment banking at Stephens, Inc. and Bowstring Advisors. Mr. Moore graduated from Belmont University with a degree in finance and economics.
Mr. O'Dekirk has spent over 10 years in various investment and advisory roles focused exclusively in the healthcare industry. Most recently, he was a VP and Head of M&A and Business Development for EyeSouth Partners, an ophthalmology-focused management services organization with over 300 physicians.
During his time with EyeSouth, Mr. O'Dekirk completed ten new practice acquisitions totaling over $250 million in enterprise value and ranging from two physician practices to 20+ physician practices with existing private equity investors and MSO structures.
Prior to joining EyeSouth, Mr. O'Dekirk served as a Vice President at Formation Capital, a post-acute and seniors housing focused healthcare private equity firm and a Senior Associate at EDG Partners, a lower middle market healthcare private equity firm. He started his career in investment banking in the healthcare coverage group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey where he focused on M&A execution across a range of healthcare subspecialties including physician practice management, healthcare IT, and outsourced services.
Mr. O'Dekirk graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with degrees in finance and mathematics.
Ms. Brown has 5 years of investment banking experience focused on the execution of M&A transactions involving middle market business and healthcare services companies.
Prior to joining CCA in 2020, she was an associate and analyst with Bowstring Advisors in their Atlanta headquarters from 2016-2020.
Ms. Brown graduated summa cum laude from The University of Georgia Terry College of Business with a degree in finance.
Ms. Brown is an Appalachian National Scenic Trail thru-hiker, having recently completed a solo journey of 2,200 consecutive northbound miles from Georgia to Maine.
